About Sara Steele

Sara Steele, a long-time activist and a great friend of the National Clearinghouse for the Defense of Battered Women, works with numerous local, national, and international nonprofit organizations on issues of peace, social and environmental justice, human rights, health and women's issues, and violence prevention.

For over 25 years, Sara has created a wonderful wall calendar. For the past 10 years, sales of her calendar have supported The National Domestic Violence Hotline.
